When booking there is a section to note any requirements you or your guests may have.

If you paid bank deposit it may take a few days for this to clear and be reconciled in the ticketing system, if you paid with a debit or credit card then you should have received your tickets within a few minutes, please contact ticketing@mtd.org.nz as there may have been an error with your email address.

Yes, our amazing bar staff will be there, but please remember to drink responsibly.

No, as we are a licensed venue you can not bring your own alcohol.

Unfortunately due to the age of our venue it is not fully accessible as there are 4 steps at the entry and no disability bathroom. However we do our best to make it a great night out for everyone so if you have any further questions please email ticketing@mtd.org.nz and we can go over some options.
