1. Adoption of the new constitution 

Annual General Meeting 

1. To receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended March 31st, 2025.

2. Election of Officers and Executive Board for the current 2025 – 2026 year.

3. Annual General and Financial Report of the Dunedin Operatic Inc. Scholarship Trust.

4. General Business

Written nominations for Officers and Executive Board Members for the 2025 – 2026 year will close with the Executive Board Administrator, P.O. Box 1203, Dunedin,  or via email to admin@mtd.org.nz on Sunday 3 August 2025.
